This privacy notice includes:

  • the types of personal data the FCDO collects and how we use it
  • the legal reasons we process this information
  • who we may share the data with and why
  • how long we keep different kinds of data
  • the rights people have over their data

It also describes how to contact the FCDO’s Data Protection Officer and how to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
