Details

This research was commissioned by the Office for the Pay Review Bodies which provides secretariat and analytical support to the public sector pay review bodies. The research was undertaken by London Economics and Beamans who formulated a methodology and criteria for identifying comparator roles, proposed a set of comparators and then performed pay comparability analyses.
