The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) and the Post Office have issued a statement in response to a recommendation of the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry Chair, Sir Wyn Williams.
The Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry aims to examine the failures of the Horizon IT system, which led to the wrongful suspension, termination, and prosecution of sub-postmasters over more than 2 decades.
