A post-legislative assessment of the Fraud Act 2006 was previously conducted in 2012. As part of the House of Lords Committee on the Fraud Act 2006 and Digital Fraud, a memorandum has been published in response to its queries to consider again how effective the Fraud Act 2006 is in tackling fraud and in particular, fraud committed digitally.
