  1. Read the Placement Information Form (PIF) guidance.
  2. Complete the Placement Information Form (PIF) and send it to the YJB Placements Service using Connectivity.
  3. In exceptional circumstances, for instance when a case management system is unavailable, then you can use this Word version.
