In his 5th and penultimate State of the Nation Address (SONA) on 28 July, a confident President Aquino enumerates his Government’s accomplishments on the economy, infrastructure development, and Typhoon Haiyan relief operations. An emotional President said that he wanted the public to choose a successor to protect and extend his legacy.
