Details

DWP provides a tracing and letter forwarding service for pension, insurance companies and solicitors to forward beneficial information to customers, usually about pensions or insurance policies. This is called the Bulk Letter Forwarding service.

Every effort must have been made to trace the person concerned before asking us to forward any letters. There is a charge for this service.
