Under section 24 of the Pensions Act 2007, DWP is required to produce a report examining how the provisions of the Act are operating. This is to ensure that they are working as envisaged. The report provides the Work and Pensions Select Committee with DWP’s analysis of the implementation and operation of the Act. It also reflects subsequent reforms from the Pensions Act 2008, the Pensions Act 2011 and the Pensions Act 2014.
