Details

Use form APSS 107 if you’re a pension scheme administrator to supply HMRC with statistics about the members of your scheme.

This form should reach us no later than 5 June following the end of the relevant tax year. If there were no contributions to your scheme in the year, you do not need to complete or submit the form.

You’ll need to fill in the form fully before you can print it. You cannot save a partly completed form so we suggest you gather all your information together before you begin to fill it in.
