Primary care trusts (PCTs) are asked to update the NHS Property Services (NHS PS) property related costs in their baseline return to reflect the final agreed position on property transfers, current building use and current recharges in relation to properties that will transfer to either NHS PS or community health partnerships.

It is recognised that this data collection is being requested at a particularly busy time in the planning round, but given the importance of the information, primary care trusts are asked to give a high priority to this work and submit completed returns by 1 February 2013 to BaselineReturnJuly12@dh.gsi.gov.uk
