  • number of enquiries
  • number of referrals and, of these, MRO referrals
  • number of accepted cases and, of these, MRO accepted cases (including by pub-owning business)
  • number of awards issued
  • current PCA arbitration caseload
  • most frequent types of Pubs Code referrals
