Please provide the 6 responses from the Payroll Giving Agents as referred to on page 8, point 1.18 of the recently published Payroll Giving Consultation.
Disclosure
Redactions have been made as some of the information engages the exemptions under section 35(1)(a) (policy formulation and development) and 43 (2) (prejudice to commercial interests) of the FOI Act. HMT has concluded that it would not be in the public interest to release these parts of the information.
In particular, with regard to section 43(2), we consider that release would be likely to undermine the commercial position of the companies that submitted responses.
