We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following: 

  • How much Interserve has been paid (North West estate, referred to as region 6) since they took over the accommodation contract in this area.
  • Copes of service level agreements and contract agreements with Interserve.

We released the following information on 11 November 2009

Please find attached schedule 3 of the contract confirming general service level agreements and service response times.  The contract agreement with Interserve was drawn up using the Home Office standard contractual terms and conditions for services which can be found at this link:http://commercial.homeoffice.gov.uk/doing-business/terms-and-conditions/.

The acceptance by the supplier of the purchase order with the standard terms formed the contract.
