PAYE draft forms: P11D and P11D Working Sheets

Use the approved draft versions of the forms to help you create payroll software if you're a software developer.

  1. The PAYE draft forms for tax year 2021 to 2022 have been removed.

  2. The PAYE draft forms for tax year 2025 to 2026 have been added.

  3. The PAYE draft forms for tax year 2020 to 2021 have been removed.

  4. The PAYE draft forms for tax year 2024 to 2025 have been added.

  5. The PAYE draft forms for tax year 2019 to 2020 have been removed.

  6. The PAYE draft forms for tax year 2023 to 2024 have been added.

  7. The PAYE draft forms for tax year 2022 to 2023 have been added, and the versions for tax years 2013 to 2014, 2014 to 2015, 2015 to 2016, 2016 to 2017, 2017 to 2018 and 2018 to 2019 have been removed.

These are approved versions of the forms for 2025 to 2026 and earlier. They should only be used by software developers to help with the development of payroll software.
