When filing a PPH request please indicate clearly in your covering letter that you are requesting accelerated processing under the Patent Prosecution Highway. All PPH requests should be accompanied by a completed PPH request form and claim correspondence table as well as the required supporting documentation if it is not possible for the Intellectual Property Office to obtain it on your behalf from the Office of Earlier Examination, ie via an online dossier access system. Please also note that if the claims of your application currently on file at the Intellectual Property Office do not correspond with those found allowable by the office of earlier examination then you will need to file an amended set of claims, which do correspond to the claims found allowable, when you file your PPH request.
