You must also fill in the forms Part RSR A and Part RSR F.

   Amendment to guidance to implement the Transboundary Radioactive Contamination Direction.

2. 19 January 2021

   Form has been amended to remove reference to Article 37 and introduce requirements of the Transboundary Radioactive Contamination Direction.
