This document contains the following information: Optional protocol to the convention on the safety of United Nations and associated personnel: adopted in New York, 8 December 2005.

The Optional Protocol was acceded to by the United Kingdom on the 20 July 2010 and entered into force on the 19 August 2010.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
