Use this form to inform us that you do not want your comparable trade mark (IR) to be registered in the United Kingdom.

Details
We will remove your comparable trade mark (IR) from the UK register and it will no longer be treated as applied for and registered under the UK Trade Marks Act 1994.
Please note:
If your International Registration contains more than one EU designation because of a subsequent request for protection, you will have received multiple comparable trade marks (IR). This request will remove all of your comparable trade marks (IR) corresponding to your International Registration.
Do not use this form to request removal of a comparable trade mark which corresponds to an EU Trade Mark.
