This framework document sets out the arrangements for the Office of the Public Guardian’s:
- governance
- accountability
- financing
- staffing
- operation
These arrangements were agreed between the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice and the Chief Executive of OPG, and approved by the Chief Secretary to the Treasury.
The framework will be formally reviewed every 3 years, but may also be reviewed at other times.
