The Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, Ed Miliband MP, and Ofgem’s Director General, Markets, Tim Jarvis, have written to third-party intermediaries (TPIs) in the energy retail market – such as energy brokers and price comparison websites – setting out their expectations on how consumers should be supported during the current energy price volatility.
