Request

The numbers of Christmas cards issued for 2014 for ministers and civil servants, the cost of the printing and cost of postage. The artwork and mailing list/s have also been requested.

Disclosure

The Department for Communities and Local Government has released information regarding the electronic ministerial Christmas card including costs as requested and artworks.

There have been no official cards commissioned for civil servants as reflected in the response. Mailing lists have been retained under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act as they represent personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act.
