The Offender Management Community Cohort Study (OMCCS) is a longitudinal cohort study of adult offenders who started Community Orders between October 2009 and December 2010.

This OMCCS report looks at the role of Offender Managers in Community Orders, the relationship between offenders and Offender Managers and the impact on sentence outcomes. This report found that the majority of offenders reported having a good or excellent relationship with Offender Managers, which other research has shown is an important factor in offender rehabilitation.
