This document provides the annual report and accounts for the Office for Environmental Protection (OEP). These cover the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.

This paper was laid before Parliament and the Northern Ireland Assembly on 8 July 2026, pursuant to paragraphs 13(2) and 14(6) of Schedule 1 to the Environment Act 2021.
