This is the response to an external request for information seeking the number of detached houses constructed before 1919 that were sold in 1990 and 1991 in the West Devon villages of Brentor, Lydford, Mary Tavy and Peter Tavy.

Following a search of VOA records , the total number of detached properties constructed before 1919 that were sold in 1990 and 1991 in the West Devon villages of Brentor, Lydford, Mary Tavy and Peter Tavy is 10. All counts are rounded to the nearest 10. Due to the small numbers involved, we are unable to provide the requested information for each village.

During the search of VOA records, there were a small number of properties sold in 1990 and 1991 where the property characteristics could not be determined.
