Could you please tell me how many people have taken their car driving theory test 15 times or more at the Southend theory test centre in the last five financial years?

Our records show that six candidates have taken 15 or more attempts at the car theory test in the last five financial years at the Southend theory test centre.
3. Request 2.
a) Of those, what are the top five number of tests taken at the centre by an individual? b) What year was each of those five last tests taken in?

The table below shows the number of attempts each of the six candidates has taken at the car theory test and the year in which their latest attempt was taken:
