Request
I would like a list of when you have provided a free car theory test as the candidate was late or failed to give three days notice since January 2013. This list should include a summary of the circumstances for the late cancellation.
Response
Requests for free tests are dealt with initially as first stage complaints and then if the requestor is not happy with our response, it will be escalated to a second stage complaint. We have provided 166 free retests as a result of first stage complaints where three days or less notice was given and one free retest as a result of a second stage complaint.
The reasons for the free retests are as follows:
