Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust has applied to the Environment Agency for three licences.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of these applications in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for three impounding licences to obstruct or impede the flow of unnamed inland drains in the Bawtry area, Doncaster. The first licence relates to National Grid References (NGRs) SK 65899 92041, SK 66074 91978, SK 65874 91681, SK 66070 91718 and SK 66200 90875. The second licence relates to NGRs SK 65991 93413, SK 65772 93215, SK 65833 93094, SK 65711 93056 and SK 65802 92995. The third licence relates to NGRs SK 65553 92622, SK 65608 92302 and SK 65638 92634.
Water will be obstructed or impeded for peatland restoration.
