Notice given under rule 54C of the Land Registration Rules 2003
Suspension of notice
Pursuant to paragraph (3) of rule 54C of the Land Registration Rules 2003, the following notice will be suspended and the relevant services unable to be accessed from 8pm on Friday 22 May 2026 until 11:59pm on Sunday 24 May 2026, due to essential maintenance work on all HM Land Registry’s electronic services:
- Notice 1: HM Land Registry Network Services – arrangements for the creation and registration of digital mortgages.
