This notice is made by the Treasury, as the appropriate authority, under section 32A of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018.

By this notice, the Treasury makes the following declarations:

1.1 Replacement of the document “The Tariff of the United Kingdom, version 2, dated 5th December 2022”

  • The document entitled “the Tariff of the United Kingdom, version 1.12, dated 5th December 2022”, referred to in regulation 1(2) of the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “the Tariff of the United Kingdom, version 1.13, dated 18th January 2023”.

1.2 Replacement of the document “Suspensions of Import Duty Rates Document, version 1.7, dated 5th December 2022”

  • The document entitled “Suspensions of Import Duty Rates Document, version 1.7, dated 5th December 2022” referred to in regulation 2 of the Customs Tariff (Suspension of Import Duty Rates) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 is replaced by the document entitled “Suspensions of Import Duty Rates Document, version 1.8, dated 18th January 2023”.

  • The document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Rates” version 1.7, dated 5th December 2022, referred to in regulation 20(4) of the Customs (Reliefs from a Liability to Import Duty and Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Rates, Version 1.8, dated 8th February 2023”.

2.2 Replacement of the document “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses, Version 2.7, dated 5th December 2022”

  • The document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses (version 2.7)” dated 5th December referred to in regulation 32(2) of the Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, is replaced by the document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses, Version 2.8, dated 8th February 2023”.

2.3 Replacement of the document “The Tariff of the United Kingdom, Version 1.13, dated 18th January 2023”

  • The document entitled “The Tariff of the United Kingdom, Version 1.13, dated 18th January 2023”, which replaced the reference in regulation 1(2) of the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 to the document entitled “the Tariff of the United Kingdom, version 1.12, dated 5th December 2022”, is replaced by the document entitled “The Tariff of the United Kingdom, Version 1.14, dated 8th February 2023”.

3. Notice made by the Treasury under Section 32A of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018

This notice is made by the Treasury, as the appropriate authority, under section 32A of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018. 

By this notice the Treasury makes the following declarations: 

3.1 Replacement of the document “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Rates, Version 1.8, dated 8th February 2023” 

  • The document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Rates version 1.8, dated 8th February 2023”, which replaced the reference in regulation 20(4) of the Customs (Reliefs from a Liability to Import Duty and Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 to the document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible goods and rates”, version 1.7, dated 5th December 2022”, is replaced by the document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Rates, version 1.9 dated 29th March 2023”. 

3.2 Replacement of the document “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses, Version 2.8, dated 8th February 2023” 

  • The document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses, Version 2.8, dated 8th February” which replaced the reference in regulation 32(2) of the Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 to the document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses (version 2.7)” dated 5th December 2022, is replaced by the document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses, version 2.9 dated 29th March 2023”. 

3.3 Replacement of the document “The Canada Preferential Tariff, version 1.3, dated 28th December 2021” 

  • The document entitled “The Canada Preferential Tariff, version 1.3, dated 28th December 2021” referred to in regulation 1(4) and column 2 of the table in schedule 1 of the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 for the Trade Continuity Agreement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Canada, is replaced by the document entitled “The Canada Preferential Tariff, version 1.4, dated 31st March 2023”.

3.4 Replacement of the document “The Canada Origin Reference Document, version 1.1, dated 28th December 2021” 

  • The document entitled “The Canada Origin Reference Document, version 1.1, dated 28th December 2021” referred to in regulation 1(4) and column 3 to schedule 1 in the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “The Canada Origin Reference Document, version 1.2 dated 31st March 2023”.

4. Notice made by the Treasury under Section 32A of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018

4.1 Replacement of the document “Tariff Quotas, version 4.0” dated 12th April 2023

  • The document entitled “Tariff Quotas, version 4.0” dated 12th April 2023, referred to in regulation 2(1) of the Customs (Tariff Quotas) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 is replaced by the document entitled “Tariff Quotas, version 4.1” dated 16th June 2023.

4.2 Replacement of the document “The Côte d’Ivoire Origin Reference Document, version 1.1, dated 28th December 2021”

  • The document entitled “The Côte d’Ivoire Origin Reference Document, version 1.1, dated 28th December 2021” referred to in regulation 1(4) and column 3 to Schedule 1 in the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “The Cote d’Ivoire Origin Reference Document, version 1.2, dated 16th June 2023”.

4.3 Replacement of the document “The Ghana Origin Reference Document, version 1.1, dated 28th December 2021”

  • The document entitled “The Ghana Origin Reference Document, version 1.1, dated 28th December 2021” referred to in regulation 1(4) and column 3 to Schedule 1 in the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “The Ghana Origin Reference Document, version 1.2, dated 16th June 2023”.

4.4 Replacement of the document “The Kenya Origin Reference Document, version 1.1, dated 28th December 2021”

  • The document entitled “The Kenya Origin Reference Document, version 1.1, dated 28th December 2021” referred to in regulation 1(4) and column 3 to Schedule 1 in the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “The Kenya Origin Reference Document, version 1.2, dated 16th June 2023”.

4.5 Replacement of the document “The Singapore Origin Reference Document, version 1.1, dated 28th December 2021”

  • The document entitled “The Singapore Origin Reference Document, version 1.1, dated 28th December 2021” referred to in regulation 1(4) and column 3 to Schedule 1 in the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “The Singapore Origin Reference Document, version 1.2, dated 16th June 2023”.

4.6 Replacement of the document “The Southern African Customs Union and Mozambique Origin Reference Document, version 1.1, dated 28th December 2021”

  • The document entitled “The South African Customs Union and Mozambique Origin Reference Document, version 1.1, dated 28th December 2021” referred to in regulation 1(4) and column 3 to Schedule 1 in the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “The South African Customs Union and Mozambique Origin Reference Document, version 1.2, dated 16th June 2023”.

5. Notice made by the Treasury under Section 32A of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018

  • The document entitled “the Tariff of the United Kingdom, version 1.15, dated 12th April 2023”, referred to in regulation 1(2) of the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “the Tariff of the United Kingdom, version 1.16, dated 19th July 2023”.

5.2 Replacement of the document “the Tariff Suspension Document, version 1.9, dated 12th April 2023”

  • The document entitled “the Tariff Suspension Document, version 1.9, dated 12th April 2023”, referred to in regulation 2 of the Customs Tariff (Suspension of Import Duty Rates) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “the Tariff Suspension Document, version 1.10, dated 19th July 2023

6. Notice made by the Treasury under Section 32A of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018

By this notice, the Treasury makes the following declarations:

6.1 On 1 January 2024, replacement of the document “the Tariff of the United Kingdom, version 1.17, dated 7th November 2023”

  • On 1 January 2024, the document entitled “the Tariff of the United Kingdom, version 1.17, dated 7th November 2023”, referred to in regulation 1(2) of the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “the Tariff of the United Kingdom, version 1.18, dated 11th December 2023”.

6.2 On 1 January 2024, replacement of the document “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses, version 2.11”, dated 7th November 2023

  • On 1 January 2024, the document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses, version 2.11”, dated 7th November 2023, referred to in regulation 32(2) of the Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, is replaced by the document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses, version 2.12”, dated 11th December 2023.

6.3 On 1 January 2024, replacement of the document “Authorised Use: Eligible goods and rates, version 1.11”, dated 7th November 2023

  • The document entitled “the Tariff of the United Kingdom, version 1.18, dated 11th December 2023”, referred to in regulation 1(2) of the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “the Tariff of the United Kingdom, version 1.19, dated 31st January 2024”. 

7.2 Replacement of the document “Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses, version 2.12”, dated 11th December 2023

7.3 Replacement of the document “Authorised Use: Eligible goods and rates, version 1.12”, dated 11th December 2023 

  • The document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible goods and rates, version 1.12”, dated 11th December 2023, referred to in regulation 20(4) of the Customs (Reliefs from a Liability to Import Duty and Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “Authorised Use: Eligible goods and rates, version 1.13”, dated 31st January 2024.  

7.4 Replacement of the document “The Faroe Islands Preferential Tariff, version 2.4, dated 7th November 2023” 

  • The document entitled “The Faroe Islands Preferential Tariff, version 2.4, dated 7th November 2023”, referred to in regulation 1(4) and column 2 of the table in Schedule 1 of the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “The Faroe Islands Preferential Tariff, version 2.5, dated 31st January 2024”. 

7.5 Replacement of the document “The Viet Nam Preferential Tariff, version 1.6, dated 5th December 2023” 

  • The document entitled “The Viet Nam Preferential Tariff, version 1.6, dated 5th December 2023”, referred to in regulation 1(4) and column 2 of the table in Schedule 1 of the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “The Viet Nam Preferential Tariff, version 1.7, dated 31st January 2024”. 

7.6 Replacement of the document “The Iceland-Norway Preferential Tariff, version 2.1, dated 12th April 2023” 

  • The document entitled “The Iceland-Norway Preferential Tariff, version 2.1, dated 12th April 2023”, referred to in regulation 1(4) and column 2 of the table in Schedule 1 of the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “The Iceland-Norway Preferential Tariff, version 2.2, dated 31st January 2024”. 

7.7 Replacement of the document “The Israel Preferential Tariff, version 2.4, dated 5th December 2023”  

  • The document entitled “The Israel Preferential Tariff, version 2.4, dated 5th December 2023”, referred to in regulation 1(4) and column 2 of the table in Schedule 1 of the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “The Israel Preferential Tariff, version 2.5, dated 31st January 2024”. 

7.8 Replacement of the document “United Kingdom Customs Tariff: Reliefs from Import Duty, version 1.6, dated 9th November 2023 

  • The document entitled “United Kingdom Customs Tariff: Reliefs from Import Duty, version 1.6, dated 9 November 2023, referred to in regulation 2(1) of the Customs (Reliefs from a Liability to Import Duty and Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “United Kingdom Customs Tariff: Reliefs from Import Duty, version 1.7, dated 31st January. 

7.9 Replacement of the document “Suspensions of Import Duty Rates, version 2.2, dated 5th December 2023” 

  • The document entitled “Tariff Suspension Document, version 2.2, dated 5th December 2023”, referred to in regulation 2 of the Customs Tariff (Suspension of Import Duty Rates) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, is replaced by the document entitled “Tariff Suspension Document, version 2.3, dated 31st January”.
