Notice to Traders 87/23 - Imports of Garlic from Countries other than China and EU Member States under Statutory Instrument No. 2020/1432

This notice is to inform you of the next application round and quantity available for this quota for the period 1 November 2023 – 31 May 2024. Details of the quantity available is outlined in Annex 1 of this notice.

Details

If this is your first application in the quota year you must provide evidence to show that you have imported at least 25 tonnes of fruit and vegetables during:

  • the 12-month period ending two months before the first application can be submitted for the 2022/2023 quota year (1 March 2022 – 28 February 2023); and

  • the 12-month period immediately before that (1 March 2021 – 28 February 2022)
