Notice to Traders 29/24 - Requirement for Export Certificates for Certain Poultry Import Tariff Rate Quotas from Brazil
This notice is to inform you of the requirement for an export certificate for certain poultry products from Brazil.

For imports under tariff rate quota order numbers 05.4211, 05.4214, 05.4217, 05.4251 and 05.4252 the goods must be accompanied by an export certificate issued by the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services in Brazil, certifying that the goods originate from Brazil.
This requirement comes into effect from 1 July 2024.
