Use this form to give up all of your rights in a trade mark registration.

Details
Do not use this form if your trade mark is not yet registered. Email trademark.examination@ipo.gov.uk to withdraw a trade mark application which is not yet registered.
Do not use this form if you want to give up your rights in only some of the goods and services, use form TM23 ‘Notice to partially surrender a registration’.
Note: Once the registration is surrendered it cannot be reinstated.
