The Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) administers the UK’s system of export controls and licensing for military and dual-use items.
ECJU is reviewing and updating its operational processes so that it provides a more efficient, professional and customer focused export control service.
If you are an exporter who has applied for an export licence from ECJU we would welcome your views to help shape our thinking.
Our survey has been set up to get feedback on:
- ECJU customers’ experience of applying for export licences
- what operational changes could enhance the current ECJU service
The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete and your responses will be anonymous.
