Notice to exporters 2018/12: open general transhipment licence updated following Venezuela sanctions

The Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) has amended and republished its open general transhipment licence (OGTL) following an inadvertent omission when updating a number of licences in response to the introduction of Venezuela sanctions.
The sanction measures were summarised in notice to exporters 2017/25.
