The following text has force of law by virtue of Article 182(2) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2447 of 24 November 2015 laying down detailed rules for implementing certain provisions of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the Union Customs Code.
The electronic systems specified for the purpose of Article 182 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2447 of 24 November 2015 (electronic system relating to entry summary declarations (Article 16 of the Code)) are those set out below:
- Safety and Security Great Britain (S&S GB)
- electronic declarations may be made into S&S GB via the Single Trade Window
