This report sets out the PRRB’s analysis of evidence from relevant organisations and makes recommendations on the pay and allowances of police officers in Northern Ireland from the rank of constable to chief superintendent. The Department of Justice for Northern Ireland has responded to the report. The PRRB provides independent advice to the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland on the pay and allowances of police officers in the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
