The fifth commissioners’ report sets out the good progress made so far to stabilise the council’s finances. The report was completed before the onset of COVID-19. However, the commissioners’ report of good progress at the council continues to be relevant.
Ministerial response to the Northamptonshire commissioners’ fifth report to the Secretary of State
