“Please could you confirm since the introduction of Check, Challenge, Appeal the average time it has taken the VOA to respond to any Checks and Challenges.”

2. Response

The table shows the average time taken to respond to checks and challenges made through the Check, Challenge, Appeal application between 1 April 2017 and 30 September 2017.

Resolved check: the VOA has responded stating the outcome in full to a check and cleared the case.

Resolved challenge: A challenge will be resolved when it has been cleared on the VOA’s administrative system, primarily because it has been agreed or rejected.
