Details

Impact Assessment number 16 accompanies the Building Regulations 2010. This document assesses the impact of the extension to existing competent person self-certification schemes, the introduction of new competent person self-certification schemes as well as the impact of introducing new types of work which can be carried out by a competent person self-certification scheme.

Please note that although this is a ‘final’ stage impact assessment, as nothing was changed during the final proposal stage, the impact assessment remains the same for the ‘enactment’ stage.’
