Details

In December 2020, the previous government commissioned HM Inspectorate of Prisons and HM Inspectorate of Probation, with support from HMICFRS, to undertake an independent review of neurodiversity in the criminal justice system.

In response to the review, the previous government published the Neurodiversity Action Plan and committed to provide a number of updates to report on progress.

This is the final update to the Neurodiversity Action Plan, marking the progress made by the current government.
