The National Minimum Wage Geographical Compliance Approach (NMWGCA) uses geography and sector to target those who may be at risk of paying, or receiving, below the NMW.
HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) commissioned independent research agency, BMG Research, to undertake quantitative research to measure the impact of the NMWGCA on knowledge, awareness and actions of agents, employers, and workers before and after receiving the HMRC NMWGCA educational letter.
