This report presents the main findings for further education learners and apprentices aged 16 to 19, who took part in the national learner satisfaction survey (NLSS). It covers satisfaction with the learning experience, satisfaction with teaching, needs and expectations, information and support, personalisation, leaver involvement and provider responsiveness, attitudes to and impact of learning, and early leavers. The underlying data for this publication is also available in a machine processable format on data.gov.uk.
