This report presents the findings of the 2009 national learner satisfaction survey (NLSS) among learners in further education (FE). This strand of the survey comprises telephone interviews with 15,724 learners in FE. It covers overall satisfaction, performance on the main drivers, attitudes to learning and the benefits of learning, and early leavers. The underlying data for this publication is also available in a machine processable format on data.gov.uk.
