This report presents the findings for 4,979 learners undertaking apprenticeships who were surveyed as part of the national learner satisfaction survey (NLSS) 2009. It covers overall satisfaction and advocacy, the main drivers of satisfaction and advocacy, performance on the main drivers, attitudes to learning and benefits of learning, and early leavers. The underlying data for this publication is also available in a machine processable format on data.gov.uk.
