Letter from Bob Alexander, Director of NHS Finance, Department of Health, about initiation of data collection exercise in order to provide an England wide picture of the location and status of infrastructure and equipment used to deliver primary and community care.

Following helpful feedback from SHA colleagues, minor technical formatting changes (but not content changes) have been made to the spreadsheet which is being used for data collection, and a Revised Final Version of the workbook is attached below, together with a document, which explains the amendments that have been made. PCT colleagues completing the workbook are asked to use the new Revised Version.

In addition, please find below some Frequently Asked Questions that may help colleagues to complete the spreadsheet, together with a file containing definitions of soft and hard FM, should these be needed.
