The national adult learner survey (NALS) covers a variety of aspects of adult participation in learning beyond compulsory continuous education. NALS 2010 interviews took place between January and August 2010 and covered England only. It analyses learning trends, current and future learning trends, what people are learning, and future learning, covering formal, non-formal and informal learning.
