Mr David Langmead has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to renew licence serial number 7/35/10/*S/0148/R01 on different terms which authorises the abstraction of water from inland water known as Falkenham Brook at Trimley St Martin, Suffolk at National Grid Reference (NGR) TM 28833 38221.
The variation applied for is to add an additional abstraction point at NGR TM 29750 37868. No other changes are proposed.
