Details

The Insolvency Service is responsible for oversight regulation of the insolvency profession. The ACCA has been declared a Recognised Professional Body for the purposes of authorising and regulating insolvency practitioners. This publication summarises the Insolvency Service’s findings following a targeted visit to the ACCA’s authorisation team in February 2016.
