Details

Our 2024 to 2025 annual monitoring report sets out how MOJ has complied with the provisions of its Welsh Language Scheme including the following key achievements relating to policy development, recruitment and delivery of services to the public:

• The Welsh language speaking capability of MOJ staff on the SOP internal staff data collection system is being recorded.

• Key MOJ consultations being available in Welsh from the MOJ Consultation Hub on our ‘corporate’ GOV.UK pages and from the ‘mainstream’ pages of GOV.UK
