- Ensure that the applicant recuses herself from any discussions during the exit period
- You can draw on skills and experience gained from your time in office. However, you are reminded of the confidentiality obligations placed upon you as a civil servant and must not, at any time, draw on any privileged information gained whilst in office
- Any contact with the government, directly or indirectly must only be where it could not reasonably be perceived as lobbying or seeking to influence government activities for the advantage of your new employer, governmental funding or contracts relating to the Ministry of Justice.
- You may only work on or advise on the subject matter of contracts the organisation may have with the government (or related matters), provided you do not draw on any privileged information or contacts from your time in office (as per the condition above).
